“Fallingforyou” by The 1975

The band “The 1975” decided to make this song called “FallingForYou” when Matty Healy (the lead singer) went ice skating and saw a girl he instantly fell in love with. He thought about how many butterflies he got every time he stared at her, he knew it was true love. When Matty stopped visiting the ice rink, he figured he’d never see her again but he was still in love. That’s when he wrote “FallingForYou.” I would 100% recommend it if you think you are in love with that someone or just missing them. Either way you can always find it on your playlist!

“18″ by 5 Seconds of Summer

5 Seconds of Summer is an Australian band that has made this song called “18.” It is about a boy, who is a minor, who falls in love with a girl who is above 18. He tries to keep up with her, but once she starts doing things that only the legal age can do he realizes that maybe he can’t wait till he’s 18? 5 Seconds of Summer does a good job of not making the song sad. It’s actually very pop-rock, and you can always find yourself dancing to it in your room!

“Cherry Bomb” by The Runaways

This next song is a song maybe one today’s teens are not really familiar with. The song is “Cherry Bomb” by The Runaways. The group was an all-girl band back in the ‘70s. They made this song when they were just teenage girls and decided that their parents couldn’t control them and they needed to live their own lives. A great way to play this song is when you’re in the car with all of your friends and want a song to jam out to. This song will immediately make you feel very independent and free!

“Treat People With Kindness” by Harry Styles

The song “Treat People With Kindness (TPWK)” is a very joyful song. The artist Harry Styles is always saying “Treat People With Kindness” so he decided to make this song. Harry says the only meaning of this song is to make you get up and dance with your friends! He made this song to spread the word to his fans and even everyone who listens to it to Treat People With Kindness!
